Our International Service Warranty covers watch expert assistance and global repair service coverage via our authorized Swiss service centers. For a period of 24 months, from the date you receive your watch, all watch parts/defects which are confirmed by our service centers defective from factory will be repaired or replaced free of any charge. Rest assure that we will repair or replace our customer’s watch with the same model or a superior model of his choice if an identical model is unavailable.
Warranty does not cover watch damages resulting from: extreme hard impact, abusive use, exposure to strong magnetic fields, extreme temperatures or unauthorized repairs.
Watch Maintenance
The most important thing for your Swiss watch is to always keep the watch crown screwed down tightly. A lot of times an unscrewed crown is the reason for water leaking into the watch and then a full movement service is required.
Returns With No Questions Asked
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will issue refund on the products returned within 7 days, as we offer a no questions ask return policy with full money back guarantee. The products must be returned in the original packaging, unused and undamaged in the original condition you received it.
Used products cannot be refunded or exchanged for a new product. By wearing the product your refund/exchange policy is void. We can determine whether a watch has been worn. The original plastic wraps must be intact.
Returned products must be sent using a registered postal service such as FedEx, UPS etc. We do not accept liability for loss or damage of products during return transit. Any losses in this way are the responsibility of the sender. Claims for lost goods shipped by You must be dealt with by You as the sender. Please note that extra gold or extra platinum orders are considered custom orders and are non-refundable. We can allow exchanges for custom orders under certain circumstances.
All returns must be sent to our returns address provided on request. We reserve the right to refuse a full refund if the returned products are used and in a condition that prevents resale at the full item price. We will refund the purchase cost of the products using your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) to the returns address.
